"Shipping took much longer than expected"
I ordered from Espiritu thinking it would show up within a few days, but unfortunately the delivery was really slow. The tracking barely changed and seemed to just sit in the same place forever, which got frustrating.
When the package finally arrived, the box was a bit battered too. I reached out to customer service, but the replies were polite without being very helpful. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Hard to find anything"
The site was frustrating to use. It felt clunky, pages took a while to load, and I had a hard time finding what I needed. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact available, so I was just stuck clicking around on my own.

"Kinda not worth the price"
I felt like it was way too pricey for what you get. The quality just didnt really match the cost for me

"Felt like a bait and switch, and support never replied"
I ran into an issue and reached out to customer service thinking they’d help, but I never heard back. It gave me a bait-and-switch feeling, everything seemed fine upfront, but once there was a problem, they just disappeared. Frustrating experience

It looked good when it arrived, so I’ll give it that. Unfortunately, after just one wash the fabric started feeling cheap and not nearly as nice as I expected

"I just didn’t feel safe ordering"
I’m not trying to be dramatic or unfair, but I didn’t feel comfortable using espiritu.com. The site didn’t give me enough clear information to make me feel confident, and I wasn’t about to risk my order if I already had doubts. Maybe other people had a totally fine experience, and that’s great for them, but for me it just didn’t feel trustworthy enough to buy from.

"Sizing was off for me"
I ordered my usual size, the fit was just kind of strange. The top felt tight across the chest, but then it was loose around the waist, so it didn’t really lay right or feel flattering.
I had even checked the size guide before buying, which made it extra frustrating. The quality seemed fine overall, but unless the sizing gets more consistent, I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Just be honest about your experience"
I really can’t help with writing fake reviews, fake reviews just aren’t the way to go. If you had a real return or refund experience, share that instead. Keep it honest, keep it real.
